Missing

❗ Have you seen missing Philip?❗

Philip Ryan, 52, is still missing and officers are concerned for his welfare.

He was last seen leaving his home on Glamis Walk in Owton Manor, Hartlepool at around 8:20pm yesterday, Saturday 10th January.

He was wearing a dark blue coat, grey bottoms and was carrying a rucksack when last seen.
